FAQ
BEFORE YOU TRY VERA & SAGE
Questions before you try it?
Still have a question? We’re here to help.
Talk to usWhy can my legs feel heavier later in the day?
Long periods upright can increase pressure in the lower legs, and fluid can collect in the surrounding tissue. That helps explain why shoes can feel tighter or sock marks seem more noticeable later in the day. Standing can contribute, but it is not the only possible cause.
What do you mean by pressure and containment?
Pressure is the force behind fluid movement. Containment describes the vessel lining’s role in regulating how readily fluid crosses into surrounding tissue. Compression and elevation can help with the pressure side. The barrier that fluid crosses is another part of the process.
What is The Fluid Escape Point?
It is our name for the question of how readily fluid crosses the lining of small vessels into surrounding tissue. If excessive permeability contributes, that barrier becomes worth understanding alongside pressure.
What does hawthorn have to do with the formula?
A specific hawthorn extract has been studied for vessel barrier effects in experimental research. Hawthorn is also included in Vera & Sage’s blend.
Is Vera & Sage a replacement for compression socks?
No. Compression, elevation and supportive shoes each have a useful job. Vera & Sage is a daily oral softgel for healthy circulation support. Keep following the care your healthcare professional recommends.
Is this meant to treat swollen legs?
Vera & Sage is intended for daily healthy circulation support, not to treat swollen legs. Speak with a healthcare professional about new, persistent or unexplained swelling. Sudden swelling in one leg, especially with pain or redness, needs urgent medical assessment.
Why cayenne?
Cayenne is the central ingredient in our daily formula for healthy circulation support. The softgel format makes it easy to take with meals, without pepper drinks, measuring powder or making food spicy.
How do I take it?
Take three softgels daily with food and water. Follow the directions on your pouch.
Will it taste spicy?
Swallow the softgels whole. The cayenne stays inside the softgel, so there is no pepper drink to taste. Some people may experience digestive discomfort, so take them with food and water.
How long does one pouch last?
Each pouch contains 240 softgels. At three softgels daily, that gives you 80 servings.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every bundle is a one time purchase. There are no automatic refills or recurring charges.
Can I take it with medication or other supplements?
Ask your pharmacist or healthcare professional to review the full formula before starting, especially if you take blood thinners, heart or blood pressure medicines, or blood sugar medicines. Also check first if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a health condition.
What does the 120 day guarantee cover?
Your guarantee starts on delivery. Email support@verasages.com within 120 days with your order number and checkout email address. We will send return instructions and the correct address. Return the product as instructed so we can arrange your refund. See our Return Policy for the full conditions.
Are the softgels vegetarian or vegan?
No. The softgel shell contains gelatin.
What is in Vera & Sage?
Cayenne is the headline ingredient, with hawthorn included alongside other botanicals, oils and vitamins. The full ingredient list is in the product details. Check the label before use if you have an allergy or need to avoid an ingredient.
How long should I try it?
Take it consistently as directed and pay attention to how you feel. Each pouch gives you 80 daily servings, with 120 days from delivery to decide under our return policy.
